The strength element of running is really important. But how do we structure it? Where do we place it in our training work? I was lucky enough to sit down with the former Australian 1500 meter record holder, Ryan Gregson for the Grant Man's Tour,. McTrain Broke's record about 12 months ago. For him, he liked to do his hard session in the morning and then go, you know what, we're going to group it all together in the afternoon who go out and he would smash his strength routine.
