The Origins of the Organization
I came in there as an individual contributor. I ended up scaling my org to four team. Just a lot of like really interesting things that are based on like the type of model and distance it was. So yeah, they had Soak here for about seven months, leading revenue ops. And we'll kind of get into the meat of all that in this talk. But basically this encompasses everything. Like I call it like my four main pillars. First pillar being go-to-market strategy and operations; second is CXOps, our commercial system. Third is Salesforce, productivity stack, everything connected into it. Fourth is sales and then I also owned our revenue and ablement function
