When hormones are high in a woman, she's got these three hormones that are coming in. Um, there can be a toxic release that comes out of our tissues. So my recommendation is keep it around 15 hours. You won't stimulate a lot of detox if you keep it at 15. Your microbiome is going to break those hormones down. But if you're not eating the right food to break them down, then you're getting hormones, but your body's not using those.
