Is There a Symmetrical Performance?

Santia helmini's doctoral work was looking at movement screening, our movement competency screening. She says there are two basic paradimes: one is whether you're performing poorly on the test based on whatever the predetermined categories are or criteria are. The other is within your own body, if you have major or minor a symmetries and performance between tests that are performed on the left and right sides. A systematic review by helmini concluded that lower limb symmetry increase injury risk in sport.
