Dr. J: My go to one that is again, one of my non negotiable would just be limiting input before bed. I mean, and limiting input by cutting off social media, cutting off TV. The only input I have is a book in my hand. If it's on the warm, you know, the warm light mode. And I think that that is like my go to, like if I don't do anything, I'm going to limit input and it's going to help with sleep. But I do have to run. We love you all. Bye.
