How to Regulate Your Emotions
If you feel yourself getting dysregulated, take a time out and change your physical state. Do something physical, take a cold shower, go for a walk. Remember the character of the person you're in relationship with. Are you in relationship with somebody who intentionally wants to hurt you or are you just arguing with your own fears? If you've not had success so far with regulating your emotions, write down the steps and really practice being coachable.
