Do You Have Any Advice for Long Runs on the Treadmill?

Treadmills have become a popular way to train for marathons and other high profile workouts. M, i tend to think of it very similar to outside because everything we're doing is just that repetition of practice. With hydration, especially on long runs, i'm always telling oks, sip at every mile. But m, i think reall just thinking about your treadmill run is an equivalent workout. And so however i would be fueling, i need to consistently do that here too.
