Why I Love Conversation
Am, think we're familiar with the phenomenon which a richard blanco and i spoke about here yesterday morning. Is true of professional writers. Is true of writing in a journal. It's true of writing a short story for yourself. We often learn what we think we understand without knowing it or being able to put words around it. My experience is that conversation has the same a capacity to surprise us and to be a source of revelation. Em people say things that surprise themselves. And that's such a wonderful thing to be part of that discovery. Well, happy thursday. Ah, to morrow morning, i'm going to be on the other side of the conversation.
