We will very much start with a profile in mind versus a person in mind. We're working and proactive recruiting and getting the name out there so we take a lot of meetings from people who say, I'd like to be one of your operators. And that's been the biggest thing we've learned like leader the business. One of the foundations or earmarks of a good business that turns into a great company is leadership. So where we have good leadership, things go well, where we don't have good leadership it takes a lot more work.
