What Does Moderation Look Like When We're Not?

Schools are expected to have gone through that process almost expecting to be moderaters. It's great if you've got some of those year three teachers involved in that conversation, not only to learn the pupils, but so they have a shared understanding of what to expect for those expected standard children coming up. So it sounds good to me, i think, from my point of view. I can't say for every school that it's going perfectly, but if thee pro you've described is replicated across your local area, across the county, across the country then we can be proud that we've got a really diligent profession who are doing the right thing.
