How Do We Stop the Vritis?
The breath has a gravitational pull on consciousness. That's why all meditation practises, even within tichi tan and hate, there's a breath component that is very important. How do we stop the vritis? Have you breathed to day? And people say, wht you mean? Of course i have. But have you been conscious of you? Yes, yes. Mode, yo. So then once you begin to be conscious of your inyou have this pull on the consciousness, and it actually turns you away from distractions.
