i love that the fact, like you mention, having nben base architecture allows you to be able to collect qualitative responses at the time when you may be running abitis. And i could differently see like that being applied some of the experiments we run in the past. It's very often that, like, the data can likht you. If you torture the data enough, it'll confess to anything. I think the i that's not ing the lat is your customers and hearing their direct experience, very powerful stuff.
