The Importance of a Professional Teacher

UVU has absolutely exploded. It is the largest student body in the state, which is saying a lot because we have two other really incredible huge schools and a bunch of other smaller schools. You are more likely there than at our other universities in the area to have a teacher who has been a professional in their field rather than merely an academic. I would say our careers were partially made by BYU bringing in a writer who was a professional writer.
