How to Help Salespeople Say the Right Thing

When i started my consulting business four years ago, i was trying to help salespeople say the right thing. And it's a really difficult problem, douglas, because people get into bad conversation habits. I had noticed telling by then, but i didn't start off teaching story telling. Dd, i started changing the whole training round to teach stories first. And that works brilliantly. Now they tell me the stories back. And they told me the stories of them telling the stories.
