In the first 12 months, i put on like ten to 12 kilos. And it wasn't that difficult o process, ecause i think i was artificially keeping my weight low because i was doing track at the time. When i got to 200, getting from 200 to two 12, which was my peaq weight, was much more difficult. I used a number of different means there. A calories were huge. With the amont of activity i was doing, was super tough,. Like s shooting for five thousand, which for me was just really tough. But yoale be, you know, hoping to meet stephens otenin us, too.
