What Is It That Makes the Foods Addictable?
There's an interesting imerging data that i think would be useful to kind of touch on here. I think it's partly likely, you kno duty, the lack protein and fibre in some of these foods, which makes them less satiate into less filling for us. But yet the combination of all the the fat, of the sugar and the salt does also make these foods hyper palatable,. so we tend to want more of them, but they don't necessarily fill us up.
