The Importance of Encouragement
The first time I ended up in hospital with stitches, there's a little bit of that in it is that we need to have that encouragement from somewhere. The problem comes in if the people around you don't, let's say what you're creating doesn't look like what it's supposed to be. But they're not the kind of people whose opinion I would seek now. Yeah. Much more likely to ask you if you think this is good than I would be to ask them. And so that's why I spend so much time in trying to encourage people not to listen to people's opinions either way.
