The Importance of Sleep
The body drops itself about two degrees in order to go into sleep and stay there. But if we do that, that impairs digestion. If you eat late, particularly a big meal or a high sugar meal it's difficult to digest. And the reason is that your body temperature is bouncing between those that sort of a four degree fluctuation. So you can have a night like that.
