A lot of times sellers will get themselves in trouble because they'll put proposals out there that are either too fill in the blank key or without the proper voiceover can be totally misconstrued. What you're doing is you're taking what you learn in discovery from them and even if their priorities are quote unquote lower priority in the organization, you are attaching those to the business priority so you are preserving the intent of the message that you have.
