I think everybody has it at one point or another and certainly our listeners will be able to relate like how do you sort of tamp that down or contend with it I guess and move forward in the world. You're going to have a part parts doesn't mean that you have multiple personality disorders it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. We have to learn different parts so that that centered self can move through the world so we can handle the trauma that we incur.
