What I Like About T M
Rituals around t m seem to give it more meaning than someone who'd just commits, you a practice that's maybe a little more casual. So i almost feel like those might contribute to its benefits in certain ways. But speaking of what you're saying, i also liked that this was an ancient meditation, that this thing had been around for over five thousand years,. and it's taught in the same way to day.
