Is a Nap Good for Consolidating Memories?
Naps can be as good as an entire night for consolidating your memories. A power nap is a time to rebuild the power in our brains and all over our bodies. The only thing i would caution against is taking a nap too late in the day. If you don't like it and doesn't do anything for you, don't do it.
