Why We're No Longer Meant to Snack
Our ancestors did not live the reality we lived, where they ate so much that they never utilized those frayed omino acids and proteins as fuel. Because they fasted, their bodies burned fat and burned these proteins that were sort of to be eliminated anyway, as fuel. We're no longer able to sing those sort of frad omeno asseds and proteins in our blood at a degree they were never meant to be. So now we're in a stage where we eat our meals, and in between we're snacking just to make sure we don't feel hunger.
