Plant protein is not so biologically complete and the body can make the complete to the IGF-1 needs of my exercise needs. But it's too easy to overshoot those needs when you're eating animal protein. All biological people can compete to begin with. So your body doesn't have to make it complete, it don't have to manufacture it. It's already there... How much animal protein should a person need and not overshoot it? The answer is 'not enough'
