How Much Animal Protein Should a Person Need?

strength correlates better with longevity than muscle mass. You can build strength without building a lot of muscle. I'm trying to eat to maintain my set point with as little food as possible. Plant protein is not so biologically complete and the body can make the complete to the IGF-1 needs of my exercise needs. But it's too easy to overshoot those needs when you're eating animal protein. All biological people can compete to begin with. So your body doesn't have to make it complete, it don't have to manufacture it. It's already there... How much animal protein should a person need and not overshoot it? The answer is 'not enough'
