When you looked at the thousand plus respondents that came through from their COVID-19 training habits when they shifted indoors well I guess yeah I mean they were doing a pretty good job of keeping up the total volume but obviously you got on the tail of the distribution. Some of these hardcore people that were would typically have been doing four and five and six hour rides now it was down to four or three and a half or somethingyou know so they were still doing decent volume but they were just dropping some of the really mind-numbingly long workouts if that doing them indoors.
