The first order is always going to be a trial order for new products. If you pass that trial order, then we're going to come back and place a much larger order. Suppliers are willing to do like the first order at a breakeven or even at a loss to acquire the customer because they're not thinking about how much money I'm going to make from this order. The sample process should also be done with three suppliers for the first time before using them in long-term partnerships.
