I was quite surprised that many foods actually, you get more nutrients from it when you lightly cook it than if you have them raw. Many foods in combination are enhanced as well. So I eat eggs and no real evidence that they're bad for you. What do you think of blueberries? They're great. Most berries are fantastic. You don't have to get the most expensive ones and blueberries are plentiful. When they're in season, you can freeze them and they're still just as good.
