Is Your Nutrition Important as You Get Older?
As we get older and a we muscle s is the first thingthat we tend to lose. And so i think havingu no adequate protein intake a is critical. I think time in the gim is critical for maintaining that muscle a. But also, everything in moderation. If you have to give up everything and not eat, you know, a gram of sugar too much, like, you're going to end up resenting the sport. So i i think we have to make good choices, but i think you have to do it in Moderation.
