You need to do your two to three strength training sessions a week. So you going to come monday, wednesday and friday, or at least two of those days. Every class from dawn till dusk is a full body strength session. And then every tuesday, thursday and saturday, every class from dawn to dusk is a cardio bast session. Rih's all on the reformer, but you'r just doing like, more faster moves and lighter weights and getting your heart right up.
