The Importance of Range of Motion

Milo: I think there's a lot of full range of motion. People have this attachment to it as an ASMR thing, we're just making sure you feel that happy feeling inside going all the way down and being able to green checkbox the rapids. If those little partial pulse reps were the way to get the most jacked with the least injuries, that's exactly what I would be doing in all of my training and proselytizing people about it. So it doesn't matter what's the most effective. It is no zero attachments to full ROM.
