Embracing Failure

It's been really awesome to see some of the le that are on this zoom from when they joined this company to where they are now. It's just amazing the journey that people go on here. And i think that through osmosis i'm able to help create some of that. I believe that it's a huge differentiator in how our company operates, which is like, we embrace failure. W either succeed or we learn.
