i think your risk of an injury or not successfully adapting to a new environment is much lower than if you think you're better than you are. i've never seen a dis functional dear, you just don't. Nature doesn't allow dis function to occur. 80 % of the us thinks they're they're fit and have at least one to two metabolic rist factors. So the general majority of this country did not use to be o obese or overweight. They now are. The minority is now not. And when you're arguing for a state of authenticity as a minority, that's, that's a steep slope,. because people don't recognize it.
