Nes: Diet breaks are a short enough period of time where you're not going to see the big, kind of a metabodic adaptation in that period of times. And i tend to use them there is more in a contest, preptinary or longer diet. I think if somebody's continuing to lose body fat and they're not hungry, and they're just cruising, i think it would be very foolish to say, up, it's time for a diet break. Let's put it in. Why would you do that? If they're cruising, don't stop that moment.
