The Power of Carbohydrates in the Workouts

When you take in carbohydrate prior to a work out, your body is already in a depleted state because you're following more vacetogenic protocol. Your body's going to absorb that faster absorbing carbohydrate and use it to feel muscular contractions as you work out. So the way i look at carbohydrates is this useful tool. There's no net effect from those carbohydrates post workout. You used it for a specific purpose. They're nowg on, and then you go back to resuming normal, low carb in a moderate fat, higher protein eating, or whatever you like.
