The Benefits of B1 for Nerve Pain

B1 is used like an enzyme for the other B vitamins, so it doesn't matter how much of the B6 or the B2 or the B12 you get. You're not going to use it properly if you don't have enough of the B1. It's really the fat soluble form, Benfotiamine or TTFD which is all thiamine. This sub thiamine is very good too, but you can't get it anywhere that I've found.
