Oat you talk about in the book the idea of rewarding yourself for good habits, which i like. But oftentimes the rewards that i go for for habits are like other habits i'm trying to break. M listen, if it's not something, it doesn't have to be necessarily good. I don't it should be not bad. Getting to walk around outside is a big reward for me. Getting to take a nap again, i'm in my fifties. Ha ha, ha u, you know. And nd, i also think anything that where you, where you go cold turkey, like denying yourself something, also can really lead to more neuroses and more obsession
