I'm just trying to like push the ceiling up and just work on the mechanics. I had Johnny Oakey, a young lad from Ascot during those. That was kind of nice to have company because often we do loads of sessions on our own. We've got loads of people in the squad that swimming, swimming is great. But lots of time on the bike and on the run you're on your own. So to have a companion there was pretty good. Monday was bad, Wednesday was way worse as it was a nice tailwind turned around literally sleet in my face.
