i've always found that for me, the sea food, outside of crab and lobster, seem to really do well with my body. If i'm eating things that are coming out of my garden, they think they tend to be better for me. So health is the optumal interplay of the human organs. I can't recommend simply just eating anything that comes along because it's so difficult on your health.
