Cycling vs Running
There's actually quite a bit of different responses we see with cyclists versus runners. So, for example, cycling does not appear to impair as much as runningdoes. But what we see with that is much higher rates of muscular damage and running versus cycling. And the inflammatory markers are higher, the muscle stresses higher, right. The muscle damages higher everything's higher with running. If you're looking to keep weight down, maybe as a fighter, that's a consideration to take our weight category thing too. That's something I've anecdotally seen in myself. No matter how much I cycle I've never lost weight cycling.
