How to Build a Partnership Function for M&A

When I ascended to be the head of the team, I decided we needed a partnership function. So we not only hired specific M&A people, we found people and this is a higher piece than I think you can do from within your company. That's actually really interesting. Essentially, I get higher as you need, and then keep up with your deal flow.
