Mozart's Second Theme of the First Movement
This is a level of harmonic and thematic cohesion that simply had not yet been explored by any symphonic composer. Mozart tightly ties together these two themes, relying on their strangeness to make us understand them working together. It's almost like something beethoven would write, though beethoven was only 18 when the symphony was written. But mozart has already previewed this theme in the second theme of the first movement.
