Change is just something that happens to you, ros an event that's different from expectation ext but i think that actually kind of relates. One of the great ideas, from speaking of oliver berkman, friend of the pot, we should have him back on. We shouldn't hoard our time and try to control every minute. And every moment of our day when really giving up control allows us to become a bit happier.
