Cheese is not cardio vascularly beneficial. It's basically a, it's very fat. We're ton by us gover an cheese here. So the bottom mine is, we got nutrition all wrong. There were industries putting their thumb on the scale. And we actually have the data to show how the sugar industry influenced dietary policy throughout the sixties and seventies. Horrible.
