I really enjoy research. A customer research is like eating your vegetables, right? It's like it's good for you. It's healthy. It's going to make you just run longer and run faster. That bit, I absolutely love the other bits are just so time-consuming that it becomes prohibitively scary to even think about doing. But as a product person or a growth person, when you get in the room and just like spend 30 minutes with a customer, you just come out with your head. First thing of ideas: "Oh my God, I can't wait to get back to the idea backlog"
