How to Maintain Fitness After a Race

After a race, you probably want to keep everything in a maintenance mode just while you recover. And it appears that about 50 to 60 or 70% of our usual volume is enough to maintain our general aerobic fitness. So something as short as six by 30 seconds fast with adequate recovery of one to two minutes even is enough to maintaining the speed.
