Hard training is hard. And until you have abundant experience doing it, it's a, it's fairly easy to delude yourself into thinking you're going pretty hard. A set of ten squats with one rep in the tank is a fucking hard set of squats. Like, i mean, it's tough. It's got ta suck pretty hard.
