For me, for my deadlift, getting it better was just deadlifting more. And I think too, we kind of went to the dips route. Can you do squats, deadlifts, good mornings and bench with this machine? Also, training for a tough matter, just finished anabolic. Now I'm doing maps cardio then going into maps OCR. My one advice to you is enjoy it because it goes fast. That's why I keep having 100% of it.
