There's two stages to any diet, really, if you want to keep the weight off. During the initial 12 weeks, until you have no more fat to lose, we do the aggressive fat loss method and 4872 is the longer fast. We try very, very, very hard to establish your non-negotiable first. If people can lose 74 pounds of fat in 90 days on my program, you can imagine how easy it is staying at the zero mark of just not gaining. It's like the land of milk and honey, where it really is.
