I don't think that throwing it into zone two for the entire three days should be the strategy. There could be, I just really don't foresee a course being like this. You should make little cue sheets for your top tube at what mile or kilometer mark a climb begins and ends. And you know, someone's going really hard in the first 20 minutes. Like, I don't, I can't think of any race. But maybe there's a really significant climb in the first, you know, like hour of that really long day. Then from there on, it's a long descent and then flat chill time.
