How to Focus for Longer Periods

I believe with the current research was that we're good for about 90 minutes at a time. And I've been using this thing called it's like 3R focused music which is by normal beats. But whenever I hear it I immediately just drop into like a very relaxed focus state of mind. It's really powerful for anybody that would like to be able to focus for longer periods in addition to what we've already talked about you know the binaural beats and you know having the right environment stuff.
